
“Dzhanavara” residential complex will be constructed in the feet of the eponymous part of “Dzhanavara”, which is part of the residential area of “Asparuhovo”. It is the first closed-type complex in that part of the city. It is located at a mere 5-6 km, a couple of minutes’ drive and “only a traffic-light” from the centre of Varna. The sea climate and the presence of the pinewood adjacent to the complex have been recognized as a unique combimation in the area of “Dzhanavara”.
The advantages of “Dzhanavara” as a close-type residential complex lie in its completely developed and functional structure that includes all that is necessary for the normal lives of its residents, those including: 24-hour security service, the availability of a shop, swimming pool, cultivated inter-block spaces – children’s playgrounds and zones for relaxation, as well as other services: medical and dentist’s offices, beauty parlour, weak-currency equipment service station and a dry cleaner’s reception. There are parking lots, each apartment being provided with a fixed lot in the underground car-park. A plot has been designed for the construction of a small chapel in the south-east part of the complex.

The complex consists of four residential groups, constructed in sections. Three of them have three sections each, and the fourth one, which is located closest to the street, has two sections. The residential sections in the groups follow the displacement of the terrain and are designed as to allow for a maximum number of residences to have a favourable view over the see.
The complex contains 144 apartments in total; situated on the residential and terraced floors that have formed due to the displacement of the terrain. Another 20 apartments are situated on the semi-basement floors of the sections, their terraces on the ground level, separated by fences and planting.
The prevailing type of apartments have one day-room and one bedroom, surface 50-65 m2 (94 apartments).
The second type of apartments have a living-room and two bedrooms, surface from 67 to 99 m2 (66 apartments).
There are several apartments with three bedrooms, surface around 110 m2 (4 apartments).
Part of the small apartments can be grouped into bigger ones depending on the customers’ preferences.
There are basement rooms for al the apartments.
The plot is encircled by a fence 2.20 m high, the section from 1.20 to 1.50 m is dense structure and the rest – open-work.
As per design the complex has supply of natural gas, each apartment being equipped accordingly.
All-the-year-round maintenance of the complex is planned by a maintenance company based on individual Agreement for Maintenance and Management with each property owner.
In order to offer as acceptable conditions to its prospective customers as possible, the investor will cover the maintenance and management costs for the first year of the exploitation of the complex.
The company in charge of the maintenance and management of the complex offers to let the newly-purchased properties to rent.
